Prime Contracting, LLC was organized by Joshua Ilderton and Aaron Rice, Jr. in February 2012 as a reclamation and construction company. Since Prime's inception, the company has successfully bid, performed and completed earthwork projects throughout the mining and natural gas industries. Prime Contracting's safety and environmental compliance has been exemplary since the beginning due to the high standards that are held throughout the company. Prime Contracting works well with all regulatory agencies and is committed to meeting or exceeding these agencies' standards. Prime showcases its high standards by remaining within project budget, meeting deadlines, having exemplary construction techniques, having an excellent safety/environmental compliance record, having open communication with customers and regulatory agencies, and having a great attitude.
